For the first time in the 45-year history of The Midwest Club, two magnificent fully improved homesites have been carved out and are now available. Parcel 1751 is an exceptional 1/2 acre plus (25,020 sf) and is nestled on a private cul-de-sac overlooking a serene pond, open green space and a wall of to-be-installed mature greenery providing additional privacy. Sister lot 1753 is listed separately, and measures .74 acres and 32,186 sf. The question becomes...Why buy an existing home, wait to obtain Demolition & Utility permits and then spend an additional $75K to $100K to tear it down only to have to get permits again to install utilities and then build your home? These homesites are cleared, utilities are installed and are ready for construction. Or possibly you'd like to make an investment, a 1031 exchange perhaps, as values in the Midwest Club have consistently risen with homes selling in the $3M,$4M and $5 plus Million range and with only a couple of vacant lots still available, your dream can become your reality. But you are not just building a home, you are becoming part of an extraordinary community. Established in 1981, THE MIDWEST CLUB offered amenities not found in other nearby gated communities including a beautiful Clubhouse, refreshing swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, scenic ponds and plenty of ponds and greenspace. As Security is a priority, THE MIDWEST CLUB offers 24 hour Gated Security. The entrance is adorned with 3 waterfalls highlighted by seasonal flowers and decor. With only 217 custom homes strategically placed within 20 courts of thoughtfully designed architecture, THE MIDWEST CLUB offers an exceptional opportunity and lifestyle. Ideally located within 20 miles of downtown Chicago and just minutes from major tollways and expressways, THE MIDWEST CLUB affords an approximate 25-minute drive to either O'Hare International Airport or Midway Airport.
